Low odor formula can be used over and under any latex or oil based paint. Dries to the touch in 25 minutes and covers up to 400 sq ft. Provides a smooth white finish that can be tinted towards off-white and pastel shades. Adheres to glossy surfaces without sanding or de-glossing. Seals stains such as water fire smoke damage grease crayon and rust. Permanently blocks odors including cigar cigarette nicotine. Can also be used for exterior spot priming to seal knots sap and tannin.
