This saddle pipe fitting is suitable for use in cold-water pressure distribution systems including irrigation, pool and spa, potable water, and chilled water applications. The branch outlet has a female socket connexion for sliding over the end of a male pipe or fitting, which provides a smooth bore for enhanced flow. The Iron Pipe Size (IPS) saddle sits over a hole drilled into the pipe to create the new outlet. This one-piece saddle pipe fitting sits on the pipe, and is secured with adhesive (not included), to create a branch connexion with one outlet.
