Shields Marine Shieldsflex 2 Water Exhaust Series 250 Hose with Wire Use for engine intake and wet exhaust connections where bends or long lengths are required. Also good for bilge pump intake/discharge, scupper lines, toilet intake/discharge, and holding tank vent and pump out. Black synthetic rubber tube and cover, reinforced with wire helix imbedded between plies of HD synthetic cord. Resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, salt water, abrasion and odor permeation. Temperature range -20° F to 200° F continuous, +250° F intermittent. Meets SAE J2006 Type R2.
